This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Hawaii Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot retrieve an official docket, reset a court date, amend or seal a record, issue a certified copy, or give legal advice. Contact the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary office for the court and location that hold the case.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
For an official Hawaii case or court record, use the route that matches the request:
- Public case details: use the statewide eCourt Kōkua portal, then confirm the court and location on the case result
- A full docket or filed paper: use the county directory to find the relevant Judiciary location, then ask its Legal Documents Branch about the case file
- A hearing date: review the court calendar and check the latest filed notice or order with the court that set it
- Certified copies: request authentication from the court clerk that holds the record; local forms and fees depend on the circuit and record type
- Court structure: see the Hawaii court system page for the statewide court hierarchy and record flow
The statewide portal helps locate a public case, but the portal is not the official file. Hawaii's court record and certified-copy process stay with the Judiciary branch that holds the case. Use the county directory as a local signpost, then follow the court and location listed in the case record.
