Disclaimer

Material on Hawaii Court Docket is provided as general reference about public case information and official court records. The site is privately operated and is not part of the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary, a court, or a government agency. It can point readers to a search route, but only the court office that holds a case can confirm its official file.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. Hawaii Court Docket is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Neither the material here nor any linked tool may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other purposes regulated by the FCRA. Services used for those purposes must follow the requirements of that law.

Privately Operated Reference Site

This is a private reference resource with no government or court affiliation. Hawaii Court Docket does not manage a court docket, set hearing dates, or keep an official case index. The statewide public search is eCourt Kōkua; the court's Judiciary clerk or Legal Documents Branch holds the case file and issues official copies. Hawaii has five county destinations in this project, but they are not five separate state-court clerk systems.

Accuracy of Information

Hawaii court offices may revise service details, fees, or procedures, and public docket systems can change as new filings are entered. We work to keep the reference material current but cannot promise every item is correct at all times. Before traveling to a counter or paying a fee, confirm the current instruction with the Judiciary office handling the case.

Dockets Change - Verify Before You Rely

A Hawaii docket can change when a filing is entered, a hearing is reset, or a case is continued, dismissed, sealed, consolidated, or amended. A record viewed earlier may not show a later event or order. Before relying on a date, status, or entry, check the case with the court and Judiciary office that hold it.

Use an online docket entry as a reference point. Only the court or Judiciary records office that holds the Hawaii case can confirm the current record or whether a hearing setting remains in place.

Verify With the Official Source

Nothing here is an official record. If a decision depends on a Hawaii docket entry, date, deadline, or disposition, consult the court record and the office that keeps it. eCourt Kōkua provides public case information; the Judiciary clerk for the case supplies an official or certified copy.

Not Legal Advice

This site does not give legal advice. Its Hawaii court docket information cannot replace a licensed attorney, especially when a case is pending, a filing deadline is near, or a ruling may affect your rights.

Third-Party Search Tools

Some search boxes are run by outside companies. Hawaii Court Docket does not control their results, fees, or data handling. Their information may be incomplete, outdated, or attached to a different case or person than expected. FCRA restrictions still apply to linked tools.

Outbound Links

Links may lead to county destination sites, Judiciary portals, or other resources. Hawaii Court Docket does not control those pages and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

No Records on This Site

No docket, case file, court record, hearing calendar, or order is stored on this site. The record remains with the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary office that handled the case. Use the court, circuit, and location on the record to contact the correct clerk for a docket sheet, filing, or certified copy.
